The night crawler rig has been the bait of choice for me. The top water bite has been effective in the early morning or in the evening. Try the chrome zara spook or the chrome and blue chug bug

Walleye fishing has been awesome casting or trolling stick baits in the shallows. Best locations Maytag Point and Buttons Bay.
Northern Pike remain in the shallows chasing the other small fish. They can be caught on black and silver Husky Jerks or Smithwick Rattling Rogues. The best location is by the Fontana Beach or in Williams Bay. Some of the recent catches are between 25 and 30 inches.

Rock bass fishing has been excellent. The bigger fish seem to be in 15-20 ft of water. However, for better action, the 12 ft range seems to always produce. No need to get fancy, the old split shot rig and a single hook works fine.
