Look for the fish by Colemans Point or in Trinkes Bay. Walleye are still biting at night, however I did hear of a daytime bite that has been occurring in the last few days.
Perch are schooled up in the shallows. They are in 8-10 ft of water. The best approach is slip bobbers with small fat head minnows.
They are on the deep weed points like the Military Academy or the 700 Club. They are aggressively hitting nightcrawlers fished on a lindy rig. You want to fish a 24 inch leader and the lightest sinker you can get away with.
Bluegills are still very deep. The best depth has been 29-30 ft. They are biting on small ice jigs tipped with small red worms. The best approach is straight lining beneath the boat.
The most active specie has been the bluegill. Rock bass fishing is becoming a bit more limited. Look for the fish by the Elgin Club or in Geneva Bay, outside the buoys.

The northern pike fishing has been great. With the warm weather the thermocline has formed and they can be easily caught in 31-33 feet of water. The legal fish (32 inches) have been very scarce this summer so far.
Lake Trout are still being caught in the main lake basin. Some success is coming on large chrome/blue Rapalas or chrome/black Rapalas fished on a down rigger. The best success has been coming on the suspended fish, 80 ft down in 110 ft of water.
